In short: We collect personal data that you provide to us.

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when you register for the Services, request information about us or our products, take part in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • name;
  • phone number;
  • email address;
  • username and password; and
  • other contact or authentication data.

Sensitive personal data. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Social media login data. You may choose to register using an existing social media account, such as Facebook or X. If you do, we will receive certain profile information from that provider, as described in Section 5.

App permissions. With your permission, the App may access certain features of your mobile device, including Bluetooth (to connect to your Brusta breast pump) and storage. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings. We use this access mainly to operate the App and keep it secure, to troubleshoot problems, and for internal analytics and reporting.

The personal data you provide must be true, complete, and accurate. Please let us know if any of it changes.

Data collected automatically

In short: Some data, such as your IP address and device characteristics, is collected automatically when you use the Services.

When you visit, use, or navigate the Services, we automatically collect certain technical information. This information does not directly reveal your identity, such as your name or contact details. We use it mainly to operate and secure the Services and for internal analytics and reporting. It includes:

  • Log and usage data: service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information recorded by our servers. This may include your IP address, device information, browser type and settings, date and time of use, pages and files viewed, searches, features used, and device event information such as system activity, error reports (crash dumps), and hardware settings.

  • Location data: precise or approximate information about your device’s location. The amount we collect depends on your device type and settings. For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to determine your current location, or estimate it from your IP address. You can opt out by declining location access or turning off location services on your device, but some features of the Services may then be unavailable.

2. How do we use your personal data?

In short: We use your personal data to provide, improve, and administer the Services, communicate with you, keep the Services secure, prevent fraud, and comply with the law. We may also use it for other purposes with your consent.

We use your personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so, such as performing a contract with you, our legitimate interests, compliance with a legal obligation, or your consent. We use it to:

  • Send marketing and promotional communications: in line with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time (see Section 9).
  • Deliver targeted advertising: to show personalized content and advertising based on your interests, location, and other factors. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent first.

  • Comply with the law: to meet our legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

3. When and with whom do we share your personal data?

In short: We share personal data only in the situations described in this section and with the categories of recipients listed below. We do not sell your personal data.

We may share your personal data in the following situations:

  • Service providers: with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, data analytics, customer support, email delivery, and advertising. They may use your data only to provide services to us and must protect it appropriately.
  • Business transfers: in connection with, or during negotiations for, a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business by another company.
  • Affiliates: with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies under common control with us, who must follow this Privacy Policy.
  • Legal requirements: where required by law, court order, or a request from a government authority, or where necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

International transfers. Our service providers may store or process your data outside your country, including outside Thailand. Where this happens, we take steps required by applicable law to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection.

4. Do we use cookies and similar technologies?

In short: We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

We may use cookies, web beacons, and pixels to operate and secure the Services, remember your preferences, prevent crashes and fraud, and support basic site functions. We and our partners may also use them for analytics and advertising, including to show you more relevant ads. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Services may not work properly if you do.

5. How do we handle social media logins?

In short: If you choose to sign in with a social media account, we may receive certain information about you from that provider.

If you register or sign in using a social media account, such as Facebook or X, we will receive certain profile information from that provider. This usually includes your name, email address, and profile picture, and may include other information you have made public on that platform. We use this information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We do not control how social media providers use your data, so please review their privacy policies and settings.

6. How long do we keep your personal data?

In short: We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required by law.

We keep your personal data for as long as you have an account with us, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements or to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we will delete or anonymize it. If that is not possible, for example because it is held in backup archives, we will store it securely and isolate it from further use until it can be deleted.

7. How do we keep your personal data safe?

In short: We aim to protect your personal data through appropriate organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the personal data we process. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or storage technology is 100% secure. We therefore cannot guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security and improperly access, steal, or modify your data. You use the Services at your own risk and should access them only in a secure environment. If a data breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify the competent authorities and, where required, you, in accordance with applicable law.

8. Do we collect data from minors?

In short: We do not knowingly collect data from, or market to, children under 18.

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will deactivate the account and promptly delete the data. If you believe we may have collected data from a child under 18, please contact us using the details in Section 12.

9. What are your privacy rights?

In short: Depending on where you live, you may have rights that give you more access to and control over your personal data.

If you are in Thailand, you have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”). Similar rights may apply under other laws, such as the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. These rights include the right to:

  • access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
  • receive your data in a portable format, or have it transferred to another controller;
  • object to the processing of your personal data, including for direct marketing;
  • request deletion, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data;
  • restrict the use of your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent; and
  • lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand or another competent supervisory authority.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Opting out of marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. We may still send you service-related messages needed to administer your account.

Account information. You can review or update your account information, or close your account, by signing in to your account settings or contacting us. When you close your account, we will deactivate or delete it, but we may keep some data where required by law or to prevent fraud.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

10. Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting. No uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this Privacy Policy.

11. Do we make updates to this Privacy Policy?

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date at the top. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice in the Services or by contacting you directly. Please review this Privacy Policy regularly.
